The IAM Mechanical Field Training Team and District 19 General Chairman Kenny Krause are pleased to announce the team’s success during the 2024 “All Trainers Conference” in Phoenix, AZ.
Year after year, we have provided leadership throughout our new hire Apprenticeship, including seasoned journeymen, to strengthen our team with safety, education, and unity.
Our Field Trainers have led the way since 2015, when the training program was developed.
